Detailed Information:

Forged and ring-rolled ASTM A350 flanges have primarily used for low-temperature services, and they must pass notch toughness tests to meet the requirements. ASTM A350 LF2 flanges have mainly used in low-temperature service. As a result of our high-quality Low-Temperature Carbon Steel Flanges, we can provide a wide range of services in various industries, such as projects that take place below sea level and in cold weather. 

We manufacture different flanges, such as the LTCS A350 LF2 Slip On Flange, which has a yield strength of 36ksi and is normalized to gain a good grain structure. These flanges use in chemical manufacturing facilities for intensive applications.

We are one of the top producers of Low-Temperature Carbon Steel A350 LF2 Blind Flanges used at the end of a pipeline to stop the flow. They also b used for easy maintenance, inspections, and removal of sections of pipe systems. The weld neck flanges we manufacture make from steel grade A350 Gr LF2 Class 1, a moderately strong steel grade with moderate impact toughness characteristics.

 A350 Gr LF2 is extensively used to manufacture flanges and fittings. We have a vast stock of SA350 LF2 Socket Weld Flanges made of carbon steel, and their dimensions range according to standards. These have use where corrosion is not an issue, such as in low-temperature applications.

SA350 LF2 Flanges are used for low-temperature applications with Charpy V-Notch impact energy testing using a set of standard specifications for producing forged carbon steel piping components. These components can include parts such as flanges, various fittings, and valves.

Specific components can be machined using either hot rolled or forged bars, appropriately heat treated, up to and including the NPS 4, to manufacture the A350 LF2 Flanges. The ASTM A350 LF2 Flanges are general Carbon Steel Flanges usually supplied by manufacturers in one of the following conditions: normalized condition, normalized and tempered need, or quench and tempered condition. Their moderate strength and impact toughness characterizes the ASTM A350 LF2 Flanges. 

The A350 LF2 Welding Neck Flange and fittings are extensively comprised of carbon steel, as are the applications that require the A350 LF2 flange to be sensitive to cold temperatures without concern for corrosion resistance.
