Forged Flanges 904L
ASTM A182 F904L Forged Elbow and SS 316 Socket Weld Tee manufacturer
Stainless Steel Forged Flange 904L Manufacturer & Stainless Steel Forged Flange 904L Supplier
Detailed Information:
The RatnaExports.com Company is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers of Forged Flanges 904L manufactured according to ASME B16.11 and other standards. We are constantly adding to our diverse product range to serve our valued customers better, which is why we have forged threaded pipe fittings available ex-stock in all primary Stainless Steel grades (ASTM A182, F316L, F904LL) and ASTM A105.
A wide array of forged threaded fittings can be found at our company, including threaded elbows, tees, threaded crosses, threaded bends, threaded couplings, threaded caps, threaded unions, hexagon bushings, square plugs, and hexagon plugs. Additionally, we manufacture and supply fittings of various stainless steel and exceptional Alloy grades that meet your exact specifications.
At our factory, the surface of the stainless steel forged fittings is usually either ground or polished, which in turn assists in removing any traces of oxide from the surface and removing surface decarburization. It is possible to use 316 SS Socket Weld Fittings in continuous service up to a temperature of approximately 1300 °F, where scaling becomes excessive when exposed to high temperatures. Furthermore, these ASTM A182 F904L Bushing & Couplings are suitable for intermittent service at temperatures as high as 1500 °F. Can use Them intermittently at temperatures as high as the eves.
A suitable fitting, in this case, the Stainless Steel 904L Forged Tee, will be able to store and handle acetic acid. As oxygen protects the metal under such conditions, even though it offers the highest corrosion resistance, the ASTM A182 SS Forged Elbow is especially helpful in solutions containing acetic acid and formic acid or in solutions where aeration is not possible.

Marking & Packing
For exports, we use wooden cases as standard export packaging, so that the forged fittings are marked with Grade, Lot number, Size, Degree, and our trademark. To make sure that no damages occur during transport, the products are packaged in order to ensure that there is no damage during transit. We can also mark our products on request, making custom markings for our customers.
Quality Assurance
We inspect all fittings and flanges at every stage of the production process at RatnaExports.com, starting with the purchase of raw materials and ending with product delivery. ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards are visually examined. For the purpose of verifying material reports, dimensions, and quality conformance of products, officially certified inspection agencies can be called in.
Test Certificates:
An EN 10204/3.1B Manufacturer’s Test Certificate, a Raw Materials Certificate, a 100% radiography test report, and a Third Party Inspection Report.
